"Potential-Invest" Ltd. is a start-up company. The company develops B2B and web-based information systems for small and mid-size businesses in Ukraine. The company has achieved government support, and the Company has a finished product (DATA-BANK service, http://www.data-bank.com.ua) and good prospects on the market. The focus of this business plan is  on identifying future target clients, explaining the marketing strategy and detailed financial calculations.

"Potential-Invest" Ltd. is located in Zaporozhye, the largest industrial and agricultural center of Ukraine. The total volume of the market segment aimed by the Company makes approximately $ 66 million.
 The Company is a limited liability company and operates since February 2010. Two highly qualified specialists are currently employed by the Company. The Company is headquartered in the heart of Zaporozhye and has all the necessary communications.

The company offers finished product on the market of Ukraine: B2B online service DATA-BANK, which also has great information capabilities.

According to the State Committee of Ukraine, there are about 380 thousand small and mid-size businesses, of which no more than 13% use the Internet to organize sales channels. The market potential is huge, offers of similar services DATA-BANK are not available on the market.

On the basis of marketing research and marketing strategy, described in the business plan of its practical implementation will result in a profit of $ 3.3 million after tax in 2012, increasing to $ 17 million U.S. after tax in 2015. According to our estimates, revenues will reflect the 35% market share by 2015.
